Issue


Real time stats are not displaying on wallboards, other stats from other sources may be working as normal.


Resolution


Restart the "BrightmetricsAgent" service which controls the real time stats (this can be verified from the Data Sources section of the Brightmetrics portal, but this is typically located on the ShoreTel HQ server).


Further Information


The Agent service under normal operations communicates with Brightmetrics' primary real time hub and will failover to the secondary hub if an outage occurs with Microsoft Azure.  The failback to the primary hub should be seamless but if this does not happen, a restart of the agent service should force back to the primary.
